Across the Stars is a Marauders' Era RPG based around the idea of Sirius Black having never been sorted in Gryffindor and joining the Death Eaters. It's undeniably filled with kickassness and general awesome. Or at least we hope it will be. The best way to accomplish this is of course by joining and making it happen.

We know -- it sounds like it would be impossible to make work. We considered this before making this RPG. It could be an utter disaster, we know, but, then again, it could also turn out amazing. It just depends on the players. So, with some faith in humanity, we said, "Oh, what the hell -- let's do it" took a chance.

Basically? This game is purely an experiment. Participation is vital, but hopefully will not be as demanding as it's mostly journal and dialogue based. That means character journals are the the main focus and the RPG community is not just for long, thought out, descriptive RP posts in third person. Instead, it's a place for notes can be passed (JAMES, I need to talk to you) and dialogue between characters occurs ("Jamie, pass that there vodka, will you? Wha d'y'mean the vodka's GONE?") and they count as participation. (Think Snitched.)
